Although I offer full studio services, I prefer photographing outdoors from late spring through summer and fall. I have a few favorite locations in Upstate, South Carolina, but if you have a setting where you would like to hold your session, I am willing to come to you.
Hate dragging the kids down to the local photo studio in their new outfits only to have them spoiled before your turn comes up? We'll bring the studio to your home with our portable studio equipment. Great for newborns who barely stay awake long enough to eat, dress and make it to the car. Plan your session around your child's schedule. We don't even mind suspending the session for a quick feeding since happy babies make great photos.
I book outdoor sessions in the morning or afternoon, generally starting from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Simple clothes are best. This keeps the focus on the face. No white and no bold patterns, logos or writing. Bring along an extra outfit or two, and I will advise on which works best. Bare feet works best for children. For babies, only a diaper cover is necessary. Bring baby blankets, hats, any favorite toys, stuffed animals or dolls. If a girl likes to play dress up, feel free to bring princess clothing and costume jewelry. Please, no big hair bows.
